Gray pooled-freight validation found creation_mode VARCHAR(16) rejected WAREHOUSE_TRANSFER. Align the unified baseline with the existing VARCHAR(32) service schema and add a one-column V13 change. Gray V13 preserves all 8 existing plan rows; the original failed incoming approval now succeeds, and the new pool run passes 735 checks. No Java or container update required.
