ouyangxq 1e26ddad4b docs(client): add module-level AGENTS indexes for all 11 modules 
新增 11 个模块级 AGENTS.md，覆盖企业工作台全部业务模块，入口表统一指向模块指引。

- 统一四段式：路径基准 / 页面与入口表 / 关键边界 / 验证入口
- 补明“页面 -> store -> API”的调用链路，避免只给目录
- 仅索引文档，未改动业务代码
